A Blast at Lagoon

Several days after Jordan returned home, we took a family trip to Lagoon, Utah's theme park. The moment we got there, Logan & I couldn't wait to take Hannah on the kiddie rides. We'd been prepping her for rides on Rexburg's carousel.

She had a BLAST! The first ride, Bulgy the Whale, took us all by surprise. It was really fast for a kiddie ride & really jerky. As soon as it began, we were holding our breath waiting for her to cry. But, that never came. Rather, she sat stunned, holding on for dear life, until Bulgy stopped convulsing. We do want to add, though, that while looking at this photo today, Hannah pointed & said, "Whale - fun." (Yes, she's speaking in broken sentences now!)





We followed that with a mini pirate ship (which she rode twice in a row), a little boat ride and carousel. Lastly, we thought we'd take our chances on a mini roller coaster. Hannah was the only kid who DIDN'T cry. Awesome.

The rest of the day, Hannah spent quality time with her Ba-pa & Mah-naw Hobley (her names for Grandpa & Grandma) while Logan, Michelle, Ryan, Clint, Tash, PJ, Tootsie & I had soooo much fun hanging out & riding the most awesome waterslide ever like 30 + times.

Our trip to Lagoon was a blast and Hannah sure surprised us by her bravery on the rides. Our baby proved to be a little more hardcore than we thought.
